SchemaSeek

Terms of Service

Last updated July 17, 2026

SchemaSeek is operated by Daydream, a registered series of REIDAVID LLC.

SchemaSeek gives you a personalized Schema for self-reflection and insight. It is not professional advice and no substitute for medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, or career guidance. For reflection and entertainment only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any Schema or any particular outcome. 18+.

Eligibility

SchemaSeek is available to people who are 18 years of age or older.

What SchemaSeek is

SchemaSeek turns the details you provide into a personalized Schema: a structured perspective on how you work, built for self-reflection and insight. It is a software-generated interpretation offered as entertainment, not a prediction, not a factual forecast, and not professional advice of any kind.

No professional advice

SchemaSeek is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, or career advice. For those matters, consult a licensed professional.

No guarantee of accuracy or outcomes

Every Schema is a subjective read, not a measurement. We make no guarantee of accuracy or of any specific result.

As is and as available

The service is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Your responsibility

Your Schema is yours to weigh. You are solely responsible for decisions and actions taken or not taken based on it.

Subscriptions and auto-renewal

Both plans are subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel. The price, billing cadence, and renewal date are disclosed directly at checkout before any payment details are collected, and restated in your confirmation email. Cancel anytime online in two steps from Account then Manage Subscription; cancelling stops the next charge, and we never charge you again after that.

Refunds

Bought by mistake? Email support@schemaseek.com within 2 hours of the charge and we refund it in full, no questions asked. Within 7 days of the charge we will still consider a full refund: tell us what went wrong and we will review it promptly. After 7 days, payments are final; cancelling stops future charges but does not refund past ones. Nothing here limits any refund rights you have under applicable law.

Credits

Paid subscriptions include 500 credits each month. Your allowance resets on your billing date; unused allowance credits do not carry over. Purchased credit packs (500 credits for $20) never expire, and they stay with you even if your subscription ends. Credits are always spent from your monthly allowance first, then from purchased credits. Free accounts get a one-time grant of 10 credits at signup. A simple question costs 10 credits; an advanced question costs 25. A follow-up costs the same as the question it follows. If a credit pack payment is refunded or disputed, we remove those credits from your balance. If they were already spent, question features stay locked until your balance is zero or higher. We never pursue collection beyond that.

Questions and the question bank

Answers in the Ask experience come from our curated question bank: a fixed set of questions we wrote, answered by our software from your saved Schema. Anything you type into the Ask search is used only to find matching bank questions; it is not sent to an AI model, it does not generate a new answer, and it never becomes part of your Schema. When a search matches nothing, we keep the search text to decide which questions to add to the bank next.

Big Questions

Big Question answers are prepared by automated software from your saved Schema and your question, then read and approved by a person before release. That review checks safety and grounding; the answer remains a perspective for reflection, not professional advice. Big Question credits arrive quarterly with an active subscription; your bank holds up to 3, and a credit expires 12 months after it is granted. If your subscription ends, unused Big Question credits are void 30 days later unless you resubscribe. Follow-ups cost 1 credit, up to 2 per question, within 60 days of your answer. If an expedited answer misses its promised window, the expedite fee is refunded and the answer still arrives. Expedited turnaround tiers, their prices, and their weekly slot limits are stated on the pricing page and at the point of purchase. We may decline to answer a Big Question that asks for professional advice we cannot give, or that contains unlawful content, harassment, or content about harming yourself or others; if we decline, we tell you in general terms why and the Big Question credit returns to your bank. If your question suggests you may be in crisis, we will point you to professional resources instead of answering.

Acceptable use

No scraping, reverse-engineering, resale, or abuse of the service. You agree not to use the service to violate any law, to probe or breach its security, to submit content you have no right to submit, to impersonate another person, or to attempt to extract, manipulate, or interfere with the software that generates Schemas.

Your license

We own the product and the schema templates. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to your own schemas.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit: your questions, your answers to onboarding, and anything you choose to publish on a public profile. You give us the limited license we need to operate the service: to store that content, process it to build your Schema and answers, and, only for content you have set to public, display it publicly until you unpublish it. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

Public profiles and sharing

Publishing is entirely your choice. If you enable a public profile or create a share card, the sections you select become publicly visible to anyone with the link and may appear in search engines while they stay public; your birth details, email, and timing data are never included. You can unpublish at any time from the profile editor, which removes the page. Usernames are first come, first served; we may reclaim or reassign a username in cases of impersonation, trademark conflict, or extended inactivity, and we may take down public content that violates these Terms. If a public page displays content you hold rights to, use the takedown form linked in the footer.

Automated processing

Your Schema is generated by automated software from the details you provided. It is a personalized interpretation, not a factual forecast. This processing is not automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects, and you can request access, correction, or deletion of the details behind your Schema at any time.

Termination

You can close your account at any time from Account settings; closing your account stops future charges and starts the deletion timeline described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, abuses the service, or creates legal risk, and where practical we will tell you why. If we terminate without cause, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid period.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the service is capped at the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or 100 US dollars. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for willful misconduct or fraud, and some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless the operator of SchemaSeek from claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the service, or your violation of any law or third-party right in connection with the service. This obligation does not apply to claims arising from our own breach of these Terms.

Dispute resolution

Talk to us first: before filing any claim, email support@schemaseek.com with a written description of the dispute, and both sides will try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days. If that fails, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. Carve-outs: either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court, and either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court for infringement or misuse of intellectual property or for unauthorized access to the service. Class actions and class arbitrations are waived: disputes are resolved only on an individual basis. You can opt out of this arbitration agreement entirely by emailing support@schemaseek.com with the subject line Arbitration Opt-Out within 30 days of first accepting these Terms; opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms. Nothing in this section waives rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the consumer protection law of your state or country of residence gives you rights that cannot be waived, in which case those rights are unaffected. Court proceedings that are not subject to arbitration will be brought in the state or federal courts of Wyoming, except small claims actions, which may be brought in your local small claims court.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or by an in-product notice before it takes effect, and the Last updated date at the top of this page will change. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms; if you do not, cancel and stop using the service before the effective date.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, that part is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest of the Terms stays in effect.
